In September 2018, my wife and I purchased one of your designer homes in Holiday City West, Toms River, New Jersey. This home is located at 6-Exitir Street. As soon as we walked in the front door of the house, we were amazed!!

First, let us tell you that your design idea for this Shoreview Model, was perfect. During your renovation, you took great advantage of the layout of the home. The bedrooms are a nice size, you added an extra room going out to the screened Sunroom and the washer/dryer room was very creative as a pantry/ extra storage area. The engineered hardwood floors are a perfect shade of dark brown. We both loved it. The two bathrooms are spectacular with smart upgrades and enough room to take care of one’s needs. My favorite room in the house is the kitchen. It is incredible!! The extra-wide galley-like kitchen is a perfect workplace and the cabinets you installed were a dream come true with the additional sliding drawer and slo-close features. The breakfast bar is comfortable and roomy. The appliances are beautiful, the large sink is an excellent choice, and the pot filler over the stove is the icing on the cake. It will make pasta night preparation so easy.
The crown moldings are so artistic and perfectly installed. We are so pleased with the way you included them in every room and around every doorway.  Also, thank you for the new roof and the new garage door and opener. It’s much appreciated.

When MaryEllen and I visited the house, it took our breath away. When we met you there, we were so impressed with your passion and pride in the work you and your team did to make this house into our new home.
