After previewing many renovated homes in Holiday City, we made another appointment to see several additional homes. We pulled up and immediately liked the charm of the exterior, but then walked in and fell in love. The quality and high end finishings, windows, flooring, trim, bathroom tile, lighting/ceiling fans, cabinetry throughout bathrooms and kitchen, granite counters, doors, etc., were simply amazing! The location of this home was also spot on and within the hour we were writing a full price offer! After visiting us our niece is now considering purchasing a Jack Duke Corp. home for herself. That speaks volumes, as my niece is quite particular. Thanks to Jack Duke Corp., the bar is being raised in Holiday City.
