The issues you resolver were not between you and me; but, between the seller and me. They were not major; but never the less, you did not have any obligation to me to fix or finish any work that you had done for the seller, you went the extra mile and extended that commitment to me. You made good on your work when you could have easily walked away… and I thank you for that.

This home is stunning. I am very pleased to have purchased a home that you renovated. Your workmanship is fabulous and your focus on detail brings about that stunning appearance that makes me proud to own this home.
