We looked at many houses before finding our retirement home. We loved the layout of the Lakeview models in Holiday City South, but they were a little too small. Then we by chance stopped by a home that was being remodeled from a Capri to a Lakeview layout by JackDuke Corp, and loved what he was doing at first sight. The outside of the house was simply beautiful, the window trim, the red door, and the siding work made the house look new and remarkable. The house was in a renovation stage when we first saw it, only the kitchen cabinets were installed, but the layout, the woodwork, and the overall quality craftsmanship and design of the house had an immediate positive impact on us. The kitchen cabinets and kitchen configuration were beautiful and tasteful, and the quality of the work was evident.

Because we found the house in mid-renovation, we were able to pick out many features we wanted, such as the hardwood floors, the kitchen counters, and the carpets for the bedrooms. Chris (the owner of JackDuke) was very helpful during this process, his experience and taste in design was a great help (as a matter of fact, most of what we picked out was exactly what Chris was planning on installing). We were undecided about the wood floors and he sent us to another home he had renovated to see a finished floor with the same kitchen cabinets our house had installed. That house was also renovated by JackDuke and it was magazine quality gorgeous.

We were nervous when we were going to see our new house when it was complete. When we walked in we were in awe. The house was striking and elegant. There are so many great features such as beautiful crown molding, baseboard molding, decorative arches, French doors to the den, decorative molding above all the windows & sliding doors in the kitchen, a striking decorative column, and a kitchen island with a built-in wine rack. The window moldings are so beautiful that we didn’t even want to hang curtains. The bathrooms were magnificent with gorgeous, quality tile work. Each shower had inserts to hold bath items that are simply functional art work. All the lighting fixtures are lovely.

Throughout the house a very fine craftsmanship showed in everything detail of the renovation. The bathroom fixtures, kitchen faucet and lighting fixtures are all in a rubbed bronze finish so everything is coordinated.
We are thrilled with our home and the value and service provided by Jack Duke Corp. The quality and workmanship are excellent. From the professionalism and guidance during the renovation process to the day we moved in, their knowledge and experience made our decision to choose this house the right one.
We were so fortunate to have had such honest, sincere and dedicated professionals renovating our home. It is refreshing to see a company with such good people and ethics. Thank you for treating us right. We are forever grateful.
