In preparing for our eventual move to Holiday City we spent many weekends going to open houses. Every time we loved a home we would ask who did the renovation and the same name kept coming up, Jack Duke. When we finally made the move we found the model and location we wanted. A Dawn Meadow in Holiday City South. The home was 30 yrs. old and in its original state. We weren’t sure if Jack Duke did remodels or just flipped homes. I called Chris and told him our situation. He said he was in the process of renovating the same model near by. He came right over and met us at the house he was remodeling. The moment we walked in the home we were sold. The attention to detail was most impressive. We knew we wanted Chris to remodel our home. Chris & Jackie were also great in helping take our ideas and designing the home we wanted. They were easy to work with and even helped us decide on tile and wall colors when we were struggling to make decisions. Chris would always make sure we were happy with the work. We have now been in our home for 6 months and couldn’t be happier. We entertain and show off our new home as often as possible. It’s also nice to know a contractor doesn’t forget about you after the job is done.Chris stands by his work, he is always available to help and answer any questions we have.
