We had been searching several months and looked at, at least, ten plus homes that were in the process of complete renovation in Holiday City. Without a doubt, we found both your new contemporary design features and the quality of workmanship exceeded anything else that we saw on the market. The way in which the front hallway was reconfigured and the open concept to the back of the house designed, with arched pass ways throughout, along with the architectural changes to the outside facade set this house apart from others. We love our open kitchen design with its beautiful tiered cabinets and curved granite countertops. We also love the decorative tile work in both bathrooms and those built-in shower niches provide that extra touch. We found it rare in the same price range to have both bathrooms tiled.

Additionally, we love all the finishing touches to the home, i.e., beautiful crown and baseboard moldings, the decorative window and door moldings along with the modern and tasteful lighting and plumbing fixtures, all combine to give the interior a custom, designer look. Your attention to detail, sense of design and workmanship are more than evident!

And, of course, we cannot forget to mention that working with you has been a pleasure. Your genuine interest in insuring that we were satisfied and our expectations met, was much appreciated. Your immediate response to our inquiries and genuine interest did not go unnoticed. Stopping by the day after the closing to make sure everything was A Okay is a real sign of commitment on your part.”
