We first got to know Chris and Jackie through the renovation of our sibling’s homes. When we decided to move to Holiday City there was no doubt that we also wanted to rely on their expertise and design/construction services. We saw many Jack Duke homes in our search and the combined design concepts in those homes and input from Jackie and Chris helped us refine our needs and wants and recognize what could be modified to meet our objectives. This allowed us to find and purchase the right house for our renovation.

Once we purchased our home, Chris lead us through some interim repairs in order for us to take our time in the design process. The design process was collaborative all around. Chris and Jackie spent many hours with us going over our design, incorporating our vision into our home and providing great design solutions while meeting our functional needs. Once the renovation started, Chris and the team, moved quickly and both he and Jackie were in frequent contact to address field decisions and final choices. Overall, the work took three months, including holiday season, meeting our move in schedule.

We have so many amazing elements in our home such as our two-sided gas fireplace in our kitchen/den, great sight lines, our spa-like bathrooms, our large open kitchen with an 8 ft island and our home office off the entryway with built in furniture. All of the carpentry/trim work give the house a polished but warm feel. On the exterior, the landscape design worked out great as it is both attractive, easily maintained and has received may compliments from neighbors.

Needless to say, we feel our home came out stunning. Along with their work, the thing that stood out to us the most was their sincerity to deliver a renovation that we would truly love. They care about their clients and it clearly shows.
